Power clean doesnt go overhead. It stops at the rack position. Power clean means you dont dip down full squat like a regular clean more like a deadlift, then shrug and use legs to get it into the rack position. That probably sounds jumbled. The video suggested by the earlier poster is good. Keep on keeping on.

Potatoes are our friend. Its what you do to them or put on them that makes them an enemy. They are loaded with potassium and if you google resistant starch you can see how to prepare them to avoid any insulin spikes. They have less carbs than a lot of fruit.

*raises hand* i also avoid tree nuts and oats. I dont eat replacement foods except rarely as a holiday treat so my diary may not appeal to a kid. Lettuce or corn tortillas are great for sandwiches. However ill or well intended your family may be, they dont seem qualified through experience to offer advice on weightlifting. Your bones and Shoulder width etc is not going to change whether you lift or not. From a lady who lifts and lifts heavy, lifting is not and has not made me bulky. Eating poorly made me bulky.…
