  • Completed week 2 Legs and Cardio today! The only other day I think I'll be able to fit it in is Saturday as I'm working double shifts all week, but I'm usually okay with myself if I can get 2 a week.
  • I've gotten this on really long hikes before. Some of the people I was hiking with said it's really common and one of the reasons they used hiking poles. Keeping your hands up higher and not down where fluids can pool helps I guess.

  • Are you sure you're logging correctly? Sometimes people feel full on 800 calories because they actually ate 1500 but don't know that due to inaccurate logging.   • @2tall4thisworld - We are quite similar! It's nice to see other girls with similar stats. It can be hard sometimes to wrap my head around the fact that shorter girls have my GW as their SW. Height does make such a big difference in weight and calorie intake though. Keep up the good work!!
  • I have a pair of capris that I bought when I was at my lowest weight. I wore them a lot for 2 summers so it's not like they we're a one-time-wonder, and I really want to fit into them again! Then I'll know I'm back to where I should be. I was really fit and healthy at that weight and I'd like to be there again!
