  • I've just started losing my weight but I've noticed in the process I've gotten tighter in my mid section and mostly it's from the core/about crunch workouts and stationary bike I do at the gym before I switched exercises I didn't notice any change but 2 weeks after the switch there was a noticeable difference for me
  • Is it worth it? And I kinda wanna go big and get the surge
