Hey Age:21 H: 5 4 CW: 120 (=HW) GW: 110 Really struggle to keep motivated, just starting to be social on myfitnesspal, generally used to use it exclusively for calorie count, trying this for extra support and motivation. Hey, I'm starting out (..again). As a full time college student, meal prepping is still a struggle, but I find that it helps keep me on track (until the weekend). Would like to be part of this to stay motivated and lose the extra pounds :)
