I wish I hadn't kept falling off the wagon and regaining anything I had lost. It puts me right back to square one and I have to start all over again from the beginning if not more. Where I would be if I just stuck with it!

I love this...especially for my son. I always feel guilty that I can't keep treats in the house for him because I end up eating them, but this idea is great!
