I'm 6ft and lost 30lbs, I noticed at about 10 (barely) but really noticed at 20(and so did everyone else). Benefits to being tall is it works in your favor the other way. Barely notice a 5-10lb gain hahah

I had it for years. Reduced my running significantly (in intensity and length) and it almost went away. Comes back when I over stress my feet. But the towel grab and drop movement as well as rolling over a can/ball really helps. That and Advil. And heel pads.

Canadian on week 21 BBG. Feel free to add!

A view I take is instead of seeing eating well and exercise as a way to look good, or lose weight, but I see it as a way to manage depression. When I feel really down, I try to remember how exercise helps me feel better. The worse I feel, the more I realize I need it. Not sure if that helps but the shift helped me. Also,…

I'm 30, 6ft, started at 200lbs 6 months ago and was eating between 1650-1700 (total, I ate half to all exercise calories back) and lost 30lbs at ~1.5lbs a week. Circuit trained 3x week plus low intensity cardio 2-3 times a week.

Strength training helped me. Lots of squats, lunges, step ups, burpees etc. and a calorie deficit to go with it.

I finally fit into a zip up hoodie that my brother got me years ago. I was too embarrassed to say it was too small and it's been in a box for almost a decade. Now I wear it all the time :)

I just finished 12 weeks of BBG 1.0 and the results were insanely awesome. It's so motivating to get stronger and more fit as the weeks roll on. I'm so into it I've restarted the program and am seeing a huge difference in improvement from the first round! So, keep going!! It's so worth it :)

I've lost over 10lbs 8 weeks in. And toning. And I haven't been following the food program though on a calorie deficit with MFP and eating healthy. Feel free to add me if you like I'm on week 9 of bbg 1.0!

Hi OP Congrats on the hard work! You look amazing! I am also 6ft and broad shouldered/larger framed. I based my weight goals on the BMI chart BUT at the higher range. I've weighed 185 as a competitive athlete and been above my BMI by the chart but the fittest in my life. Just as a reference! I'm currently aiming for about…

Hi, A staple for me is making daal or a lentil stew for 2 one night for dinner with brown rice and using the second portion for lunch the next day. I do this for most meals but another great option is a high protein salad for dinner all in one bowl ex: taco salad with lettuce tomato peppers black beans shredded cheese…

I'm on week 4 at the moment, add me if you like! I've had great results so far and it's hard but fun :)

I understand that some people feel diet is the only way but I got my skinniest treeplanting burning thousands of calories working 12 hour days and eating thousands of calories a day. It takes a lot to do it but if you overwork your consumption you lose. My two cents.
