  • I usually eat egg whites for breakfast, but my all time favorite Greek yogurt is Oikos Triple Zero in Vanilla! It doesn't even taste like Greek yogurt! (which I'm so happy about because I hate that stuff lol) I usually add 1 packet of stevia, 1 cup of berries, and 1/2 cup of lowfat natural/organic granola! AMAZING!!!
  • 1 grilled natural/lean chicken filet, 1/2 cup of brown rice, and 1 cup of mixed veggies B)
  • Here's my all time favorite recipe: -1/2 scoop Vanilla Protein powder -1/2 of a banana -2 tbls of PB2 -1/2 cup of almond milk -5 ice cubes This runs less than 200 cals and fills me up! :) love it! (Servings can be increased for your macros)

  • I feel ya! Chicken sure does get old sometimes but it is definitely one of the best things to eat when it comes to eating healthy.
