I would be careful with the yogurt. A lot of yogurts have a lot of added sugar. Check the labels if going that route. I fight my sugar cravings with bananas or grapes. They have a lot of their own natural sugar but it beats reaching for processed sugar filled items. Plus, because of all the fiber that fruit has to go with…
