I work out at home, there's a lot of Youtube videos. I've mostly been doing Bellydance workouts. There's also a good channel called Body by Amy (or Bodyfit by Amy). There's a few Ellen Barrett workouts on YT as well.

I had a 5 cup salad with my dinner, which was half of a 10" pizza with spinach. Still fit in to my calorie goal, and the 80 mins of yoga didn't hurt.
