  • the sleep monitoring is pretty good (you have to set it to sleep mode). No real time HR yet, there was a firmware that fixed a few things like touch response, sleep tracking and making the band last longer (5 to 7 days), but no real time HR tracking yet
  • Just that they really haven't turned on many of the sensors yet. The things bodymedia did before Jawbone bought them still havent been implemented on the up3. Right now you are buying a good step and sleep tracker with a handful of promises
  • I use an up3. It's good, still underbaked on the software but it is comfortable and small, the app is great
  • My UP3 matches my phone when it's in my pocket and matched my actual counting of steps. The Charge HR I used to use counted WAY too many steps. With the latest update it actually is fairly close on distance as well with my GPS. Usually within .05 miles, which is better than I anticipated. It's a shame they released it…

  • I play in spurts because i tend to play a lot until i beat it. Last game i played was bloodborne on PS4, i want Witcher and Batman but haven't found time to play them so haven't picked them up yet. I tend to stay away from MMORPG's because it tends to take over too much of my time!

  • Twice a week before breakfast. I do it a two days after my big workout days (I was weighing myself the day after these days and getting bad readings, running and 2 hours of basketball the night before tends to not give you a reliable weight!)
