  • Interesting note about eating 70% of your daily meals in the morning. I've been trying to have a more hearty breakfast in the morning and it worked very well for me today.
  • MicheleStiches, you talk about mindful eating basically, being aware of what you're eating and how you're eating it. I have been reading a book about mindfulness and while I practice doing that, it does help me become more aware of myself which helps a lot to become happier.

  • I started with 258 and down to 253.8. 4.2 down. Not bad at all, but I could do better. I plan on cutting down on the coffee since I put too much creamer and it doesn't help with my weight loss goals. Good job everybody! You're all doing fabulous.
