Past 3 days I was busy and didn't eat well or track it well. There was cake, and ice cream, and pretty much all the food. :/ I'm back at it today. Going to eat well all week and get in all my workouts. Anyone have any small goals they're working on?

I'm 32 and looking to lose 10-15 lbs. I'm back after a long hiatus and trying to gain back my lost progress and it has been a real struggle. Feel free to add me and message me for support as we all struggle through our goals :)

I'm 32 and have 10-15 I'd like to lose. I've really been struggling to stick with it. I'm down 6lbs of my original 15-20 goal. If anyone wants a daily accountability buddy to message let me know. :)

I completely agree with Paytra. Small goals, one step at a time; whether it be a small weight goal, walking a bit further that week, or eating better. I try not to focus too hard on anything but the next two or three weeks at a time or else it starts to feel overwhelming.

I love beachbody ondemand! I've had great results and love all the options since I get bored easily. Plus they now have their recipe show for meal ideas because I definitely get sick of eating the same things all the time.

I did it previously and it was definitely my favorite program so far. My goal was to be able to do an unassisted chin up, I have never been able to do one before, by the end of 1 round I was able to do 2. I'm trying out the 22 Minute Hard Corps right now; trying to get back in shape after hurting my foot and losing my…

I'm going to officially start Body Beast this week or next. I did some last week mixed with some other workouts to try it out. Just recently getting back to working out after breaking a toe.

I'm 31 and a homeschooling mom to 3 kids ages 9, 6, & 3. I've lost 19lbs so far and am trying to stay committed now to keeping it off and toning up.

I'm a mom to 3 kids; girls 3 & 6, and a 9 year old boy. So far I've lost 19lbs and now I'm on maintenance and working on building more muscle. I'm doing p90x3 and before that I did 21 day fix. We are homeschoolers and our schedule tends to be kind of crazy, so I like the at home programs.

Use the "my recipes" section. Add in homemade foods as a recipe, entering each ingredient, and calculate serving size by weighing and measuring the total amount made and decide how many servings. For example: I enter all the ingredients for a pot of soup, I measure the amount of total soup so I can enter how many 1 cup…

These are my 14 day and 21 day progress pics from my first time with 21DF. These jeans are not stretchy in the slightest and were so very tight I had trouble getting them on when I started day 1. I think I lost 6lbs that first round.

Good to rest your elbow and at least you replaced it with something else. I had Yoga today, but I like Yoga day :) Hoping tomorrow's Challenge goes better than last week. My time off from working out didn't do me any favors. Feels like I'm starting from scratch with the pull ups/chin ups.

I throw in some just dance pretty much everyday along withy regular workout for an extra calorie burn.

I lived 21DF especially as a beginner workout! My only problem with it is lack of variety in the workouts. If you are also going to the gym a lot though this probably wouldn't be as much of an issue for you. Also the price, I think, is great. I've switched to P90X3, now that 21DF has me in better shape, because it has more…

How did Yoga go yesterday? Good luck today! :)

Whoops! Sorry, my Connect name is CarlyPi. I added you :)

I really liked the workouts and def saw results. After a couple rounds I was getting bored with the lack of variety and my progress had really slowed down so I switched to P90X3 (I still throw in 21DF too). I used the diet plan, but I just measured the portions with measuring cups. I weigh all my food now and use their…

Vivosmart users; I was thinking about upgrading from my Vivofit to Vivosmart but I really like not having to recharge my fit. So my question is: Are the extra features definitely worth the minor inconvenience of needing to recharge it weekly?

My Garmin Connect name is the same: carlypie84 DeeDiddyGee, I'm not sure why it wouldn't be updating to your MFP. You added your Vivofit device on MFP and linked your MFP on the Connect app/site? I can't remember if there were any extra steps during setup that may have caused this.

I did it for a couple months last summer and just started back up last week. How did last week go for everyone?

I am 31 year old mother of 3 (ages 8, 6, 3). I have lost 16 lbs so far and am just a couple away from my goal weight. I log everyday, but since the school year started (we homeschool) I've been having trouble finding the energy to get my workouts done. Anyone can feel free to add me.

Anyone can feel free to add me. I am about to switch to maintenance (temporarily running maintenance while on vacation) and I'm nervous about putting the weight I lost back on. Sharing motivation so as to not fall back into bad habits is always welcome.
-
My goal is maintenance right now while on vacation and I plan on switching to maintence long term 2 weeks or so after we get back.
-
I'm always up for friends to share motivation and support with. I'm getting closer to my goal and I don't want to fall back into bad habits and not maintain.

Good luck Summer! I did 21 Day Fix and I enjoyed it a lot. It def helped me get into the lifestyle change frame of mind whereas I always struggled with nutrition before. It is especially a great starter program since the workouts are only 30 minutes with modifier moves for every level and it makes the nutrition easy. I've…

It is Caps sensitive so that may be the problem.
-
It will keep a log of them on MFP but it doesn't add the active calories burned unless you add an activity on Connect.
