I still can't "run" yet. I walk briskly for at least 3 Miles a day and run as much as I can! My goal is to be able to run my first 5k this year!

I personally love when my food tastes good, but I also find myself going to the fridge a lot, whether I am bored, stressed or even tired. I try and ask myself, "Is this going to help me reach my goal?" when I feel the urge to overeat cookies or pasta. Sometimes it helps....

I also lost motivation a year ago. I was down to 175 and gained up to 200! My biggest ever. I am on an 8 day streak and I am determined! We could motivate each other if you would like. I ate a big bowl of ice cream and 5 cookies today :( I could definitely use the help. :smiley:

I also am starting to jog/run again. It is tough, but I think it's worth it! I can't wait to run my first 5K! Add me if you would like to motivate each other!
