Hello, my name is Tanya. I have been using my fitness pal off and on for years. I have been pretty serious about losing weight since Nov 2015. Lately I have been slippin up, so I hope this thread can help! So far I have lost 25 lbs and have at least 25 to go.

I started really trying to lose weight in November 2015 and weighed 195ish, I now weigh 174. I am trying to reach 145 and I have had many ups and downs, but you really motivated me today to push forward! Thank you and fabulous job!

I personally HAVE eaten 10 bananas a day a few time. I love them fresh, dried, however. I read somewhere that bananas have radiation and that over eating bananas can obviously be dangerous. It didn't scare me to bad :smiley: but maybe something to research.

I guess I am curious on why one would join a weight loss community for anything other than accountability and support. I don't need constant motivation verbally, but I look at the success stories, read about others when they mess up and get right back in it and I also enjoy the challenges.
