I hate to say this but you might need a rest day. Your muscle breakdown when you work out and you need to rest for it to recover. Try giving yourself a day off and a good night sleep. Re-measure after 24 hours rest. I think you might be surprise. PS I am just speaking from experience here.

Wow what an inspiration before/after pic. I am 5 feet tall 146 lbs and hoping to weight under 120 lbs next year. I remembered being size 4 was the most comfortable weight for me and I think it's around 120's.

I think my scale broke. I start to work out this month and still eating about the same, but my weight went up 1.5 lbs. :mad: 4/1: 142 lbs 4/8: 143.5 lbs

To fix you ticker: click "TOOLS", then click "Tickers", then "Update your weight data" that should works. By the way, I am thinking about getting P90X. I heard only good things about it. It's too bad I cann't find a support group for P90X.

You also have to remember too that as you loose the weight, your deficit will be smaller. 100 lbs vs 200 lbs person don't burn the same amount of calories doing the same activities. I am not a math wizard but there's a minor flaw in your math. :tongue:

This post is so funny. I will have to continue reading it later. But yes, you do have some fat down below when you gain weight just like everywhere else. And when you loose the weight, it is less fleshly. I used to be so skinny in my twenties that the bone was sticking out. I thought it was very unattractive. LoL

I say wait a couple of days until you have a bathroom visit and meanwhile drink alot of water. You will be surprise when you weight your self again. I doubt you gain 2 lbs from just one night. :wink:

I think you are eating too little. You should eat at least 1200 calories per day and on the day you excercise, you shoud eat back some of that calories. Otherwise, your body will start storing fat.
