  • 165 right now, looking to get down to 150, lowest 145. 165 is the highest weight I can tolerate. Have been 140 in the past and it was way too low for my body type, which is on the larger side
  • 5'10" and 165, planning to get down to 145-150 by June whe I stusy abroad. Struggling with pushing myself during workouts and being in a stressful situation (small cramped living arrangements with no privacy) makes losing weight harder
  • Most of my meals consist of a protein and vegetables, the main starchy carbs I eat are sweet potato, brown rice, oatmeal, and some fruits because alot of foods give me indigestion or nausea. I try to eat to get my macros and micros in, not too concerned about calories. I love to run (really any strenuous cardio in general)…
  • Don't know if it is new, but I have been loving Power Os Strawberry Toasted Cereal. It is made out of bean flour. Also, an Arctic Zero Frozen desserts= :p. You can eat one whole pint for the same amount of calories as 1 serving of traditional ice cream, but with less sugar and fat and more fiber and protein.
