Thanks guys, yes I'm still at a calorie deficit at the moment. I was hoping it was associated with weightloss and not something more serious, so it looks like thats a minor drawback, but it will be worth it....... Keep warm people..... & thanks for all the responses

Hi, ive lost 60lb in 4 months, and MFP has been a great tool to use. I couldn't have done it without it, especially in the early weeks. Basically what i did was work out my normal calorie requirement then eat under that per 500 calories a day per pound i wanted to lose (ie i needed 2500, so to lose 1lb per week i eat 2000…

Yeah that's right 56lb in 4 months. I ain't trying to lose it so fast I eat 1400 cals a day and added a bit more exercise (walking) and basically cut out all the junk. It averages out at 2.85lb a week
