Yes! It does get better! I remember I felt that way too but after the first couple of days, it's not so bad. I formed a love hate relationship with level 3 though. Lol.

Wow wow! Good luck with that! I can't handle. I think maybe after I'm conditioned after the shred and ripped, I might be able to hack that but my husband does it and it is...intense.

@new_obsession, I haven't had that issue? For me it's muscle soreness. Level 2 wasn't so bad, but level 3 is alot of plyometrics or jump training, so that could be a problem for you. I hope it gets better. Day 2 week 1 RI 30 done and I might be crazy, but I am liking it.

I could zip and breathe! in a skirt I couldn't even zip about a year ago. Felt so good! Not even close to goal, but it's little victories like this that keep me going. ☺

It's a little longer than 15 minutes, about 30 but I recommend 30 day shred or ripped in 30. I just completed the shred and I just started RI 30. I was pretty happy with the results of the shred.

Well. I moved to RI 30. I started day 1 level 1 again and I just wasn't as into it as I thought i would be so I popped in RI 30. I loved it! Today was day 2 level 1 and I am a little sore but I love the way it hurts lol.

I just did the 30 day shred and I've lost 12 pounds and I dont know how many inches. It's definitely worth it! I was going to do another round but switched to Ripped in 30. I felt like I needed a challenge. I'll go back to the shred definitely tho.

Well girls, I was going to do another round of the shred, but I started level 1 and I just wasn't feeling it today. I decided to go to RI 30 . I loved it! It's more involved but I love the shred too I think I'll go bc when I finish RI 30

I really liked day 1. I'm sure at some point, I will be eating those words lol. I just felt ready for the challenge. I liked what the shred had done for me, but felt I needed something a little more intense. I think RI 30 is going to bring it. Lol.

Hi! I have 6 kids, I'm on a mission to get my body back to the shape or better than I was in after my 3rd kid. I was in my best shape then so I'm going to get back there and I'm about 30 pounds away.

Well. I set off to do another round of the shred this morning, but I just wasn't feeling it. So I started Ripped in 30 week 1 day 1. I loved it! It was a little tough but I really enjoyed it!

I can relate, I have 6 kids, so we have a household of 8. It's really a challenge sometimes to find healthier ways to eat and meals to prepare for everyone. Accomplished! This is the first workout I have ever done all of. And I liked it! Plus I lost weight and a few inches. I wish I'd taken measurements. I feel really good. It was easy to quit a couple of times. I wanted to so bad but I didn't, and I'm glad I didn't!

I know! My husband works M-Th and those mornings I'm up before him to get it in before I wake him up and kids get up. When he's home it totally ruins my system too! I don't exercise in front of anyone, except for the babies sometimes. That is not a sight for anyone to see, including myself. Hahaha!

Day 10 level 3 done! !!!!! Back to level 1 and after level 3 this go around, I'll be ripping it in 30. Lol.
