I can vouch for this! I worked at a Dominos and later McDonald's. It's hard being around that food and not eat it! I found when I quit working there though I didn't eat it as much and I never eat McDonald's anymore. So yes, that is a very real struggle.

I've been taking 1 rest day a week. It's usually Sunday because I'm busy getting everyone and everything ready for church. I suppose I could do it earlier if I wanted, but I've ready you should only do like 5-6 days a week exercise regimen. I could be wrong with that though.

Day 5 30DS complete! It's my least favorite level. I do t mind the punching or rock climbing though. The plyometrics, killing me!
