My off day was Sunday. I am aiming for 6 days week until I reach my goal and then I'll hopefully go to like 4-5 days a week to maintain. I previewed level 3, it's a little different than 2 but I'm thinking I can do it!

It does get better after the first couple of days on a level. The first day of level 2 was so tough for me, but it is easier now and still kicks my butt! I'm kinda scared of level 3, I'll find out Wednesday I guess lol. Tomorrow is my last day of level 2.

I think it happens to the best of us. I call them bad eating days. I am trying to have less and less of them though. It's become clear that junky food and I cannot reside in the same house together anymore.

Yes all three levels for the 30 day shred are on YouTube. Just search jillian michaels 30 day shred. I do it every morning, I did order the dvd to have it though.

I started with The Biggest Loser Cardio Max before I started the 30DS. Maybe that will help? I just had twins in January, and I was very very out of shape. Now I am almost done with level 2 and can't wait to go to 3.
