As the previous poster mentioned, use the usda specific options, it’s about as close as you’ll get without a label to base your measurements off of. oz= liquids grams=solids

I would measure everything in grams and avoid those entries. Where are you buying your chicken, is it packaged in anyway with a nutrition label? Do you have a scale?

I’ve definitely changed my shape many times. I’ve had rolls and thighs that touched to my knees, and even looked curvy. To a thigh gap, and everyone was convinced I had “no hips”. Sure my skeletal shape is the same, but my body mass can certainly change shape. Symantecs isn’t it?

Just curious, what do you consider a treat? Because you stated you have a treat day and the next day you’re ravenous, and in another post you say “I just want to know why my body feels so starving when I've had so much to eat the day before lol!”. Just trying to understand your definition.
