I'm looking to be healthy too. I gave birth about a month ago and want to be a good role model for my son. No crazy fad diets for me.....just healthy eating and being active. I haven't been on a scale in 5 weeks, which is fine because being healthy isn't a number! Good luck on your journey!

10% goal for me is 156 lbs (currently 173 lbs). Would love to be 140 lbs, but that's not the current focus.
