Maybe looking at your general activity level outside of the daily exercise routine might help. When I first started tracking my steps I was averaging around 2000-3000 steps a day. Using a step tracker, I now get between 10K-12K steps a day which helped to kick-start my weight loss.

Hello. My goal is to be 150 lbs by December 31st. I'm currently at 163.8 so I believe it's doable if I continue to eat healthy, keep moving, and continue using MFP to keep track. I'm thinking joining this group will add another layer of accountability to help me keep on track. Fingers crossed!

Two months ago I bought a Jawbone UP Move from Costco and I love it. I wanted a good "intro" fitness tracker to see if I would like it and actually use it before spending big bucks on one.
