Thanks @RedVelvette for putting this challenge together -- it was fun and helped keep me on a somewhat healthy track even when I blew my calorie goal out of the water for the day -- had to get those veggie and fruit servings in LOL :p Hope we cross paths again in the future. This. I found taking a break and eating at maintenance for a month, not really worrying about keeping my food diary or doing exercise, helped see me through the mentally rough times until I was ready to re-dedicate to losing weight again. The key is to not go overboard on the eating, just relax and enjoy yourself.

Good afternoon everyone. I managed to get a 47 min walk in during lunch so 14 points. Yesterday I only managed 2 15 min walks with the dog but every little bit counts. Can't believe we are in week 7. Fingers crossed for a successful week for all of us.

I weigh myself every morning when I first wake up. Seeing that the "ups" are a normal part of weight loss helps me to not freak out when the scale goes up a for a day or two.
