  • Happy Saturday! The week is almost over -- how did everyone do? I came off the rails a little these last 2 days -- water and fruit servings were my downfall yesterday mostly due to laziness. I plan put on my big girl pants today and get back back on track.

  • For smoothies I place the blender container on my food scale, weigh and record each item as it goes in including the frozen fruit, and then put it on the blender and blend away. I use the nutrition info on the frozen fruit bag but go by the grams not the cup measure.
