Same boat! I'm 190 and would love to shed about 40 lbs. Been stuck on the longest plateau of my life. :|

Fitness Blender is really handy. I've done lots of their videos. Their website has an excellent tool to search through all their videos. (By difficulty, length, type, equipment used, etc.) They have a whole bunch that don't use equipment which is very convenient.

Chia pudding is a great option. Pretty inexpensive and super easy to make. And there are SO many different recipes out there. Plus, it's filling. Eggs only get me so far and then I NEED something different so I don't get burnt out.
