Today is my nearly 55 day streak . I went from couch to 4k & doing 3-4 times a week but not losing much as I intended. I have significantly reduced my calories in take on average 1000/Day. I think so far MAX 2Kg I have lost. WHAT I CAN DO TO INCREASE THIS PACE. Still 10 Kg to go ...please advise

It's been more couple of months haven't lost significantly may be just 2kg .. Can u have look at my diaries what I can do to increase pace to lose quickly
