I'm returning here. Need to cut the rubbish from my diet (again). And learn to cope with an injury till its better. I fractured my ankle on Wednesday and am struggling with being dependent on my husband for lifts and hobbling around. So... my goals today No rubbish (chocolate, biscuits etc) Drink water Try and be positive
