But my fat percentage is 21%. I want it to be 18-19% and then get toned. But if I eat at a surplus how much should it be? Can I still lose the fat? What workouts should I do?

I know it's impossible for that to happen to women since they dont have enough hormones for it, but K know it vould happen under certakn conditions. So would I have to be cautious of anything if I don't want to bulk up? (Lol I know its a stupid question)
