You just need to start doing it. The first few days are rough, but you get used to it. I too, just sleep in my workout clothes to make it that much easier. I work full time and have three young kids, the only way I get my workout in is going to the gym at 5am. I may not get to everything on my to-do list every day, but at least I make working out a priority and get it done first thing. Find out works for you.

I nursed each of my kids for a year, and for me personally it was very difficult for me lose weight. I have three kids age 1-6 and work full time. The only time I can fit workouts in during the week is getting is 5am gym time. The first few mornings suck, but you actually start getting used to it. It's a great feeling coming home after work and your workout is already done.
