Thanks for the reminder, I needed to read this today! Aiming to lose somewhere between 7 and 14lbs, (slowly!) and need to take less notice of the number on the scale for a bit.

Hang on in there! The hunger from an overactive thyroid can be horrible, I went through this over 20 years ago. I didn't have a problem with chub rub this summer after losing 16lb, but in previous years I bought cheap supermarket tights and cut them off at the knees to make shorts like the ones above. Did the trick!

Walking is pretty much the only exercise I do at the moment. I go for a 4-5 mile walk 3-4 times per week. I do have to log my food accurately though to keep losing weight, but walking has definitely helped since I started in July.
