Also I have small goals for myself. When I started I needed to loose 50 lbs so every ten pounds is a mile marker for me and I have rewards set up for myself (non food) like buying a new outfit. Getting new workout clothes. So I don't have to think about how long it will be until the goal. It's just ten pounds.

I know what you mean. For me it's about peace, Not a number. I just don't want to be concerned with it all the time. Many people even very active people don't WANT to go to the gym everyday but it's a choice. When I'm struggling to go I force myself to at least get on my workout clothes. I do have thyroid issues. But I mainly take the multi to fill in gaps in my diet. The others I have had in my cupboard for a while ( friend wanted me to try) and I just need to use them up.

Hmm ok thanks for help.... I was thinking around 1300 to 1400 there must have been some kind of glitch I was messing with it and then switched back to the way I had it and now it's telling me 1350. Weird glad I asked though.

I am 177 now and wasn't active when I started but I am now averaging 1 hr a day.
