Loose skin or fat
Maybe a dumb question but how do you tell. My stomach is very very giggly like jello. Before I lost my fat areas were more solid (not muscle hard but more solid). What are some of you favorite substitutions or simple was of cutting out some calories? I always cook will almond milk instead of cows milk 90 cal skim milk vs 30 almond. I'm looking for more "tricks" like this. Thanks.

Don't forget your vitamins!!
WOW! I have been taking vitamins and supplements for a while now and never thought about having to put them in my diary. I just added them up and I am taking in at least an extra 57 calories everyday I didn't know. Not a super big number but if you are cutting it close on calories you may want to be tracking them.

My calories don't seem right ...
So I am 5'3 age 29 need to lose 50lbs and mfp is telling me my calorie goal is 1695. This seems high to me. With the foods I am eating now it's hard to get even close.
