Hi there! I am new to the sight, but hoping for some support. Lost about 50 lbs 3 years ago and have gained almost all back. I started logging my food 3 days ago. So far, so good. Now, I just have to get back to the exercise thing. Thanks for listening.

I am new to the site. Lost about 50 lbs 3 years ago and have gained 40 back. Would like to get back on track with a healthy life style. Walking was my exercise of choice, but have recent foot problems, so can't walk long distances. I am open to suggestions for exercise.
