Hi, I’m also Linda - that makes 3 or 4 of us. Retired last year to The Villages in Florida. I like to think of me as being strong & healthy. Call that denial. At 71 I have Arthritis of the knees and hips and injured my back in an accident last year. Trying to stop eating long enough to lose 20 pounds. I refuse to be old…

Just by filling out these charts I realize I’ve been eating too little at meals. The result is grazing pretzels, cookies and chocolate all day. Eating more protein and veggies at meals is too filling to continue eating. There is hope.

Sugar is an addiction for me. There is a lot of scare talk about white refined sugar lately. I can live without that. But, carbohydrates are also sugars. I’ve never been compelled to eat fats or protein, but I do crave carbohydrates daily-chips, pretzels, pizza, chocolate candy.

Not 75 yet, but over 70. Retired last year, moved to The Villages, and ate my way through one party after another. Need some motivation to pass up the goodies, lose 20 pounds, and get back into exercise. Lazy is too easy. Linda

Hi. I.m lady black belt. Yup, did it at age 55 -14 years ago. Since then, gained 50 and lost 25. Toughest 25 to go. Fighting asthma and age. My dr. recommended this site a year ago, but I couldn.t face losing 50 pounds. Back issues make provided exercise impossible. Just gotta eat right. Need your support. Lady BB Aka Linda
