Hi everyone! I am also coming from WW as the program wasn’t working for me - the restrictiveness and weird points allotted to healthy foods was triggering binges and, well, feeling like a total failure! :) I’ve been on MFP for a few days now and already feeling like this is a much more manageable program for me. <3

Hi @Panda8ach I didn’t really lose a lot. When I started tracking on MFP I realized I was not getting enough calories on their program...which was then causing me to binge. I thought I was failing, but realized I was actually starving! The mental exhaustion and obsessiveness caused by WW was not worth it. Counting calories…
