Going to the gym is definitely healthy and helps with weight loss, but you're going to see faster results if you cut your calories, too. I go to the gym because I want to be stronger and healthier, but I count calories because I want to lose weight.

As with anything else, it takes time to form a habit. Finding something to do other than eat when are bored or upset just takes time and retraining. Find a hobby! I knit and exercise! Feel free to add me, everyone!

Oh no! I'm new to the group and hope it's still active! I'm in a two week training right now Ann's then starting 4 10 hour overnight shifts a week!

I've gotten some great things at thrift stores, mainly dresses. I'll definitely be thrifting more as I lose weight and am between goals!

That's what would happen. I'd throw up my breakfast. :/ I'm mixing it with milk and that seems to be working. Plus the powder has 10g of protein, so that's nice!

I agree drinkables are the best options. I never eat anything that requires two hands while driving. Like I said, frittatas and hard boiled eggs have been my go to. Small, single hand items. I get frustrated that people are so hard on folks who spend so much of their day in the car, especially early or late in the day. I…

Was gonna do it today, but I'm meeting a trainer to learn how to do my legs tomorrow! Wasn't sure if I should do strength training two days back to back! Opinions on that? How much…

No picture. 5 oz salmon, brussel sprouts. Baby spinach salad with olive garden dressing. Added some mayo to male salmon salad for lunch tomorrow. I'd I can stick to it, my macros are right on point got tomorrow.

I weigh the most I ever have. It leaves me wishing for some past days where I was already cursing my weight. I've gotten my weight to start going down, just barely. But it's somwthing, a turning point. I have 95lbs to lose. Def add me!

I'm on my feet a lot, so when I'm working 2lb a week calories feel like 1lb a week calories for when I'm not working. Slow and steady or I'll fall off the wagon! :)
