Thank you for each of your comments… I appreciate your time in helping me understand this journey. Please let me clarify that 35 proteins daily is a percentage not intake. I totally understand that the first 9 pounds was mostly water weight. That is why I stated I had been on vacation. I did not eat terribly… but certainly…
