Hi, I’ve been in recovery for a while now. I think it’s important to take one day at a time. Do your best, it doesn’t have to be perfect and if you have a bad day, don’t write the whole week off. Just start again in the morning or even at the next meal. Good luck

Is not gaining really possible in the last trimester? I think that sounds a bit unrealistic? but Im not a dr so have no idea, im trying to not gain too much this time round so interested in plans to follow, sorry not much help there but good luck !

I think you have got some sound advice re running, definitely keep an eye on it, track your distance and stick to it, I know how it can escalate from just 3 miles to 3.5 4 .... and those feelings of not doing "enough".
