I am here to gain weight. I ate a surplus of 3000 calories myself and "counted/logged" every one of them. As far as eating disorders I recently had one brought on by the treatments that killed my cancer. Point is that when you make broad statements like that which are wrong you are going to be called out on them.

After going through cancer treatment I hope to never see another ensure again. I still drink protein shakes but thought of having to drink another Ensure ugggh!

July goal 40 miles completed 35. mixed it up today instead of jogging on the track did a mix of incline marching,jogging and sprinting for 1.5 miles on treadmill new total 36.5...only 3.5 to go. i should beat my goal by a fair margin.

It is normal to have the burning pain spread out like that for me. Unlike other body parts you DO NOT want to work your abs to failure. if 20 reps is hurting you too bad. stop at 10.rest 1-2 mins then do another set of 10. increase when you feel ready. JULY goal 40 miles completed 29 ran 1 mile after my workout Friday and 2.5 this beautiful morning. new total 32.5 7.5 to go, on target to beat my goal :)

Goal 40 miles Completed 24 miles Tortuous leg day WO Tuesday and too sore for cardio then+yesterday. Still sore today but running actually helped . I did 2.5 miles after my workout this morning and 2.5 this evening so 5 for today. New total 29 with 11 to go

If you got to get multiple rounds then the port is the way to go. I had head and neck cancer and only had to get 3 rounds of chemo (cisplatin).
