Name: Stephanie Age: 22 Height: 5'3 Start Weight (current) 189 Goal Weight by October: 175 I've been eating clean, drinking more water, working out 5-6x a week, cut out fast food, sodas, sugar and I will 'cheat' once a week for one meal. I've lost a total of 26lbs. This week marks week ten that i've been doing this.

I've been on it for about a month as well! Do you guys drink a shake daily or? My coach went from a size 18 to a size 6 with Herbalife. Can't wait to see my results. Also eating right, lots of water and workouts :)
