An update from me. 17 months post "accident" and I'd say I'm 95% recovered. I'm doing push-ups, but not overdoing it. I have almost full mobility. I can even jog in place without feeling twinges of pain down my arm. Taking steroids probably helped me, but it swelled up my body for 6 months. I'm pretty lucky. I've noticed…

Day 92 of 112 completed of Focus T25 (ript up). Used 5lb weights. Burned 254 calories per my polar H10 tracker.

1st week of pure gamma done. I was afraid going in, so i only used 3-5 lb weights. Chest was achey, abs were a little sore, but those lying leg lefts really burned my quads. Not sweating as much as beta, speed 3.0 gets me there. I'll try to up the weights next week.

Just finished T25 Gamma Speed 3.0 Avg HR 160 Max HR 180 Cal 289 Burpee transitions are fast - I can only do 3 instead of 4 in the allotted time - and that's fine by me. I'm sure I'll be stronger the next time.

I just finished t25 beta last week...starting on gamma today! I've had knee problems in the past but worked smart this round. On week 11 of beachbody's Focus T25. 2 more weeks of beta, then 4 weeks of gamma. Skipped yesterday's workout, just completed one, and will do the other after my workday is done. (Decided to take a wine break yesterday).

I did insanity. Be smart through it. If you are really fit, you'll have a different experience than I did. I had to go slow and steady. My knees got worn, but my body was sculpted in the end. It's a tough workout to commit to. I am almost done with focus t25 - 2 weeks to go! Good luck!!

Through 4 days of T25 beta. It's not too bad. I'm not doing it at 100%, I'm modifying at times not to kill my knees. Tomorrow is double cardio, hopefully I can make it without breaking.
