  • I am looking to reduce in these areas cause my doctor said I needed too. But from most of your feedbacks it seems like it's not necessarily the best. I thought I would take advantage of the fact that my doctor wanted me to work on these areas in my diet to also attack some body insecurities at the same time :smile:
  • I was wondering cause it's been pretty hard, so if I am to reduce my carbs I should increase my fats you say? Sorry I'm pretty new at this dieting thing, but I don't really eat meat is there a substitute for meats that higher in fats?
