I have a poached egg for breakfast on light brown toast. Lunch is a PHD Diet Whey Protein Shake (182 Calories) keeps me totally full until dinner time. Get a stand up desk. Walk for an hour before work or after work. Bring lunch in and don't eat the office cakes and biscuits.
