have used Advocare products for almost a year and a half. I started with the 24 day challenge. I have lost over 55+ lbs and have continued the products. I have maintained and not gained any of it back. :)

I don't think you've gotten the answer to your question. Advocare spark originally contained 45 calories and 11 carbs but their ado beatific team just revamped the product (same effective ingredients less of the other stuff) and it now has fewer calories (15) and less carbs (4 per serving). I drink them and they are great! 24 grams of protein with each. I wasn't a shake fan- actually a doubter, but started them and I drink one almost daily. They definitely make you feel full and keep you from being hungry.
