Hi, I started a program called 21 day fix and it teaches you portion control and comes with workout DVDs. I liked it so much I become a beach body coach. My goal is to help others get healthier. We can support and motivate each other.

Thanks so much for your response 9wax originally put on Metformin but it made me really sick. I'm taking glipizide now. Please send me a friend request.
