I agree with Ewoks, logging food has been key to me losing weight (as well as being aware of why the weight was put on -- hello alcohol!) The more friends the merrier =)

Barre, vinyasa flow classes, long distance runs. I find when I do too many squats I bulk up, but you gotta listen to your genetics on this one!

Strength training and High Intensity Interval Training...just make sure to bump up your calories and protein! You'll likely gain some weight, not size. And regardless, LYB -- love your body -- it does so many wonderful things for us!

Cupcakes do happen. Because they are delicious. I will say for me the more I forbid foods, the more I crave them. It's helped me to face myself mentally when I see these kinds of foods and decide I don't want that kind of addiction anymore. Regardless, you're right on track. Get it!
