Starting weight 335..down to 270 with 105 more to lose. I am doing the Weight Watcher's Simply Filling Technique online only along with MFP.I havent hit a plateau...yet and averaging 2-4 pounds a week...Staying motivated is a huge part cos I failed so many times. So pls add me .

Hi Jenni,I am doing the Simply Filling (SF)technique on WW.It beats counting points..There is so much on the SF list that is zero and if its not on the list I add the points.You have a weekly point amount for those foods.And its easy to tweek any recipe to get zero points. Its working out great and I am not deprived. MFP…

You dont want him to change completely with your new lifestyle and stress that to him. But do some research on healthy meals that conform to your plan and tasty enough that he will be impressed.He will come around and get excited with you on delicious meals and sweets that are healthy And satisfying. Hi, Pls add me. I am 62 years old and have over 100lbs to lose.My profile pic is of better days b4 I fell off the wagon for the thousandth time.
