I made it. Held out through the end of work, then went to the gym. Having my post-workout trail mix now. Trying to figure out what I'm going to have for dinner.

Anyone is welcome to add me. I've binged as much as 6000 calories in a day before, I understand the struggle. Been doing pretty well over the past week since I started back on MFP. One day at a time.

I try to stop eating while doing other things. For instance, watching TV. If I'm watching TV and think "Hm. I want food." I try to tell myself. "Ok, after the show is over." Most of the time, by the time the show is over, I don't want food any more. If I do, I repeat the process. Also, If I make sure I don't eat while…

Feel free to add me. Just FYI - I don't eat meat, except on special occasions (and even then, not always) or eggs. I do eat some fish and a little dairy. And until I finish all the crap in my freezer, there will be a more-than-I'd-like amount of processed foods as well. :)

I do the crockpot a lot. My problem is, I get sick of the food too quickly. I guess I just need to learn to cook in smaller batches. When I make a full crockpot of something, by the time I've eaten it a third time I'm over it. Haha. And yes, the google calendar has been amazing. There have been a few times where I was mad…

The planning is the rough part for me, too. I work full time, plus go to college full time, plus I'm married. So quick and easy is usually my first choice! I've set a schedule for myself now, though. This semester is going to be really busy so I need to learn to stick to a routine, and set aside time on Sundays to cook for…

Thank you all! I don't mind the raspberry seeds at all, they're much smaller, but the strawberry seeds were really rough this morning. I don't mind some seeds, but I have issues with my teeth so the big ones are really bothersome. I'll look into some of these brands. In the meantime, I'll buy a strainer. :)

July 30, 2015 Me:4 Binge: 0 Days binge free (since Sunday): 4 :)

I scored a 27, right on the edge of severe. I guess I knew that. Really hoping this group helps me get this thing under control. :( I can go for a month or two, and then eat one thing I shouldn't, and there I am, eating enough for a family of four.

Sweet usually doesn't get me, it's savory. :) Things like bar food - fried, salty, cheesy, etc. :)

Yeah, I set my goal to 275 for now. Once I hit that, I'll move it to 250, etc. Small increments do work best for me. Hopefully this time I'll stick to it.

Thank you! I find that when I do binge my asthma gets worse. (Likely from the excess pressure in my abdomen.) So that's one reason to stop, though it hasn't convinced me yet. I think, for me, it's finding the right foods to eat that don't trigger, and making myself stop thinking "I can have just one. It'll be ok." Because…

I'm joining just today, so I'll start with this week for July. Me: 2 Binge: 0 It's a start!
