I started doing the bodyweight for beginners this morning. Can't do it 100% correctly, but it's a place to start. I just love all the quests and ideas offered in the program. I'm a gamer so it just fits right in with my worldview. Loving it so far.

I strongly suggest trying the Whole30 plan for a month. It'll kickstart your body. I dropped 30 pounds in November when I did it. No exercise whatsoever. And I was definitely not eating at a major deficit. Most days were 2000 calorie days. http://whole30.com/whole30-program-rules/

Thank you! I reading policies that say if you need an extender or if the armrests don't come down you have to buy another seat or get booted. That's the last thing I need. :)

I can't say my tastes go as far "south" as yours do. :) I just can't do Cannibal Corpse, and anything overtly Satanic. But LoG just gets the adrenaline going. :) I'm more power/thrash metal though. Some "metalcore."
